Melvin Jeffries is the Founder and President of Regal Restoration Foundation and a dedicated community leader with a strong background in mental health advocacy, human resources, and organizational leadership. He studied mental health coaching through Light University, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, and has professional experience as an HR Director and Operations Manager. Melvin also serves as president of multiple community groups and has held leadership roles within faith-based organizations, including serving as a deacon at True Lamb of God.
Melvin’s passion for mental health and trauma recovery is deeply personal. Having grown up in an abusive home and overcome cycles of family violence, he understands firsthand the impact of trauma and the power of accountability, emotional growth, and support systems. His experiences supporting a sibling with bipolar disorder and raising a child with mental disabilities further fuel his commitment to restoration and advocacy. Guided by his belief in becoming 1% better every day, Melvin leads Regal Restoration Foundation with integrity, purpose, and a steadfast dedication to helping others heal, grow, and thrive.
Bryan Jennings serves as Vice President of Regal Restoration Foundation and brings extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. He currently works as a Vice President of Operations and previously held roles in Supply Chain Management with Bell Helicopter. Bryan studied Supply Chain Management and Business at the University of North Texas, contributing strong strategic, logistical, and operational oversight to the Foundation.
In addition to his professional leadership, Bryan is a Youth Director at his church and a volleyball coach, reflecting his commitment to mentorship and community development. His passion for mental health advocacy is deeply personal, shaped by the loss of his biological father to suicide. As Vice President, Bryan is dedicated to building strong systems, supporting people-centered programs, and advancing Regal Restoration Foundation’s mission with compassion, discipline, and integrity.
Kristi Beaty is an entrepreneur and owner of two custom apparel businesses specializing in screen printing and embroidery. With years of experience building and sustaining successful businesses, she brings strengths in operations, customer service, financial stewardship, and community engagement to the Regal Restoration Foundation Board.
While Kristi does not come from a traditional mental health background, her lived experience navigating mental health challenges and trauma gives her a deep sense of empathy and authenticity. Her resilience and entrepreneurial mindset allow her to contribute a balanced perspective rooted in compassion, accountability, and practical leadership.
As a board member, Kristi is committed to advancing the Foundation’s mission and helping create safe, empowering pathways to healing and restoration.
Tenesha Jones is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience as a professional hair stylist, bringing a people-centered and community-focused perspective to the Board of Regal Restoration Foundation. Her work has allowed her to build trusted relationships and provide supportive spaces where individuals feel heard and valued.
Tenesha is an active volunteer with Minnie’s Food Pantry, reflecting her ongoing commitment to service and community care. She is deeply passionate about supporting youth mental health and believes early education, open dialogue, and access to resources are essential to breaking stigma and building long-term resilience. As a board member, she is dedicated to advocacy, outreach, and advancing the Foundation’s mission of healing and empowerment.
Derrick Suell Jr. brings experience in human resources, management, and organizational operations to the Board of Regal Restoration Foundation. He is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of North Texas, supporting the Foundation’s commitment to efficient systems, accountability, and responsible growth.
Derrick previously served as a Child Protective Services caseworker, where he worked directly with individuals and families impacted by trauma and crisis. His professional and personal experiences have shaped a strong commitment to mental health support, trauma-informed care, and creating safe, supportive environments for healing. As a board member, he is dedicated to ethical leadership, sound oversight, and advancing the Foundation’s mission with integrity.
Terina Alexander brings experience in human resources administration, project management, and accounts payable and receivable to the Board of Regal Restoration Foundation. With a background in business administration studies at the University of Phoenix, she contributes strong organizational, financial, and operational support to help ensure responsible stewardship of resources.
Terina has actively supported nonprofit initiatives through project management roles with organizations such as the American Heart Association, Stroke Association, and Juvenile Diabetes organizations. Her personal experience in foster care and long-standing advocacy for therapy and mental health have shaped a deep commitment to trauma-informed care. As a board member, she is dedicated to ethical governance, effective program execution, and advancing healing-focused initiatives that support vulnerable individuals and families.
Krystal Figueroa brings a strong background in client services, account management, and administrative support to the Board of Regal Restoration Foundation. She has professional experience managing client accounts, reviewing contracts, coordinating service transitions, and supporting operational teams with documentation, scheduling, and data management, contributing to efficient and organized program oversight.
Krystal has completed coursework in psychology at El Centro College and is planning to return to school to complete her degree. She actively volunteers with Bridge Homeless Help Shelter and St. Mary’s Catholic Church, assisting individuals experiencing housing insecurity. Driven by personal experience and a deep interest in trauma-informed care, Krystal is committed to continued education and service in the mental health field, supporting the Foundation’s mission through compassion, accountability, and community engagement.
